Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
The following terms and conditions govern registration, cancellations and refunds for the conference and are applied in accordance with ABCM regulations. All cancellation requests must be submitted to the conference organizers and are subject to ABCM approval.
- · Cancellations submitted up to 30 days prior to the conference: A 70% refund of the registration fee will be granted.
- · Cancellations submitted fewer than 30 days prior to the conference: Registration fees are non-refundable.
- · Exception in cases of formal paper rejection: A full refund will be granted to authors who completed registration following abstract acceptance if the final paper is subsequently rejected through the official peer-review process.
