Submission

The Online Submission System of the IHTC-18 Conference is now open for abstract submission!

Submit your abstract (max 400 words, no template required) HERE.

Abstracts will be reviewed to verify their potential contributions in terms of originality, relevance and adherence to the conference scope.

Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit regular conference papers, which must be original and of high quality. Papers submitted to IHTC-18 must meet the high standards of previous IHTC conferences and will undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure their quality.

The paper review process will be conducted by regional editors, who will be automatically selected based on the geographical location of the institution of the corresponding author.

All accepted papers will be published in the International Heat Transfer Conference Digital Library.

Copyright transfer to Begell House Inc. will be required for publication in the International Heat Transfer Conference Digital Library.

At least one author needs to be registered by July 03, 2026, for an accepted paper to be included in the International Heat Transfer Conference Digital Library and in the conference program. Each registration can be associated with the publication of one single paper.
