Presentations of regular papers will be performed in a joint oral and poster format. The oral and poster presentations will be performed in the same conference room, during technical sessions organized in accordance with the conference topics.

During the first part of the technical session, each presenter will have two minutes to briefly describe the contents and results of the paper. Audio-visual equipment will be available for this two-minute presentation, which will not include questions from the audience. Authors are asked to strictly adhere to the limit of two minutes per paper.

After the oral presentations of all papers are finished, authors are asked to stay in front of their posters until the end of the technical session, for interactions with other participants.

Further information for uploading two-minute oral presentations to the media center and for hanging/removing the posters will be provided in due time.

Templates for the preparation of slides and posters can be found below. Posters should be in the A0 standard size.
